I don't know if we can discuss other DVDs, but I have Squeeze Stronger and I LOVE IT! It is more athletic than the first Squeeze, but it, to me, is the next logical step. Tracy uses 3-8 lb weights for the upper body and body weight for the lower body. She did a great job with this DVD-the production, the sequence and the premixes. If you enjoyed the orginal Squeeze, I think you will enjoy Squeeze Stronger. They complement each other well. I look forward to Tracy's e-book and the Lower Body Squeeze when it is released.
