On the main page when you click onto Cathe.com, it shows a picture of her doing a squat with the ball against her back. This is the way I do squats, but the ball is in a different position when I do it and I'd love to learn the proper form. Can anyone tell me which dvd this is from -- I think it's from one of the STS dvd's,and would love to get whichever one that is. Thanks so much.
