having a problem with these? And the squat rolls into pushups..........the problem I'm having is, when I thrust my feet back to get into the pushup position (hope I'm describing this correctly), my whole stupid mat slides back a few inches! It's driving me crazy! Is anyone else NOT having trouble with this and, if not, WHY? LOL!
I guess I need to position myself far enough back on the mat so my feet hit the floor instead of the end of the mat? Someone please help this uncoordinated exerciser!
