Squat Rack Routines?

I just started STS and I LOVE it! I'm trying to decide if I should take advantage of the discount and buy the optional squat rack routines for Meso 3 and I'd appreciate some opinions. I'm worried about my legs getting bigger with STS. I once ran a marathon and my thighs got bigger, which has me worried. Would you suggest I get the squat rack routines or stick with the plyo legs? I'm not putting in all of this hard work to move up a size!
 
I have the same problem with my legs, if I work them AND stay the same weight. But if I can really watch what I eat and drop a few pounds I am generally ok. That being said, I think that doing legs with STS only once per week will keep us from that. I have noticed that the musculature in my legs has atrophied a wee bit because I am not working them as much (before STS I did leg work 2-3 x per week).

Now, I also did not get the squat rack option because I thought I would be fine without it. But now that I am in Meso 2 I am really regretting not getting it and I even just ordered the Tower. So, I probably will order the squat rack option myself!
