I just started STS and I LOVE it! I'm trying to decide if I should take advantage of the discount and buy the optional squat rack routines for Meso 3 and I'd appreciate some opinions. I'm worried about my legs getting bigger with STS. I once ran a marathon and my thighs got bigger, which has me worried. Would you suggest I get the squat rack routines or stick with the plyo legs? I'm not putting in all of this hard work to move up a size!
