Hello everyone!
What a beautiful weekend we had. We spent all Saturday out on our boat with one of my girlfriends. Sunday was mostly yard work.

I did not check in yesterday, but I did HST. I just love that workout. It's tough. At first I thought it would be a little easier than BC, but I'm not so sure now. And before dinner I went for a 3 mile run and ended with 75 walking lunges.

This morning I did PUB and LL (no abs from LL). Tonight I might finish cleaning around the house and some quick errands since my parents are coming to visit this weekend. My legs are pretty tired right now; I think I'll take tonight off.

Susan, we were on the same wavelengths this morning. I did LL too. No, no PUB though.:)

I've been really busy these past few days so it's been difficult finding time to check in. I've still been working out though. Friday was KPC punching and kicking premix + IMAX2 intervals 6-10 and ab work from ME and KPC. Sunday was C&W, Monday was shoulder/biceps/triceps from MIS then PH with ab work from LL, then today was LL with ab work from KPC-Kickbox and KPC-Power Circuits. Tomorrow will be chest/back from MIS and PH to complete the upper body, and if I have time (maybe not), I'll do some cardio. I really need to do more cardio. I'm developing this paunch, and my appetite isn't even completely restored.

HI all! This weekend was fine other than the fact that my puppy got sick. He ended up at the vets yesterday and we found out that he ate rocks, three of them to be exact. So the poor guy is going in for surgery today to have them removed. They are going to keep him until he is eating and drinking again. So we won't have him until thursday now. It was so hard leaving him at the vets office yesterday, but he needed to be rehydrated from all the throwing up that he did over the weekend.
Yesterday I did get in Power Circuit, but the cardio section only. I'm not sure what I'm going to do today if anything. Things are piling up on me. Like going to the bank, paying bills, working, taking care of my son, that kind of thing today is taking all my day away from me. But we'll see. Maybe I can get something in.
That's my day for ya, woo hoo! Ha, ha!

Good Morning Everyone!

The next two weeks are really busy for me, but I'm going to try to keep at least 3 or 4 workouts in with 2 of those being cycling. This week I know I'll do it, but next week is packed, so I'm just going to do the best I can.

Yesterday was nothing...I was baking all day (out of town guests next week) so by dinnertime I was ready for bed. I think I slept 9 hours last night! Today will be PH and probably some cycling or spinning.

Gotta go...we're finishing up the last full week of school and the YMCA, so I better jam if I'm going to fit in PH before we leave.

Susan, wow your workouts are intense. I don't have enough time to do half of what you've been doing.

Kathy, I hope your puppy is better soon.

Pinky, I'm sorry to hear your appetite is not better.

CinDee, wow 9 hours of sleep on a weeknight. The only time I can ever do that is when I'm so sick I can't get out of bed.

I tried my version of HIIT again this morning. I did the cardio only premix from HSTA, and repeated the last round to get to 15 min. (25 total with warmup and stretch). Then I did segments from three Lotte Berk DVDs (mainly thigh and rear work, with a little abs thrown in), and the abs from Power Hour. Aren't DVDs great? Anyway, I got just over an hour in, which is about my max on weekdays. I think I'll try doing 3 days a week of some kind of Cathe HIIT mix, and maybe a day of kickboxing or some other workout that's less intense, and see what happens. This weekend is probably going to be no workouts, or limited on Sunday only, because we're going to the beach.

I hope everyone's well. It's the last week of school here also. Actually, that's great news for me too, because then I have a little more time in the morning, as I don't have to get Michael to school by 7:45.
