I got all my DVD's yesterday (YIPPEE!) and tried Cardio Fusion this morning but to my disappointment didn't get much of a workout. There were a lot of new moves and it looked fun but there wasn't a build up to learn the moves which threw me for a loop. I did the all-step premix and it just went *BAM*, into the routine. I wonder, did they leave the learning part off on the premix or are all of these DVD's going to be this way??

I haven't looked at Cardio Fusion yet (I fell asleep previewing!), but the first combo is the finished product of one of the workouts, hence the lack of teaching the combo. Once you've done the other workouts (which seem very well-cued this time around), CF should be easier to get into!

I was going to do this, this morning, and glanced at it last night and saw that it did this. So instead I did the cardio blast premix on BM2 which does break the moves down. Once I have done all of the work-outs, doing Cardio Fusion won't be an issue. The cardio really is not all that complex, and even going through it once made me comfortable that I could leap into cardio fusion.

Unless I dreamt it someone talked a bit about this... Cardio Fusion is compilation of things in the new series.... So... if you are doing the Nov rotation for instance you would already know all the moves because it appears later in the month.:)

My logic was just backwards. I thought if I could get Cardio Fusion down then I'd be more comfortable with the rest of the series since I would know bits and pieces already. Thanks all!

No, it is made up of parts of the other workouts, and there are plenty of learning curves on the workouts. :)
