spoiled by Gym Style series

when i quit the gym the first thing i got was the GS series. i LOVE them but need to change the rotation. i was looking at Muscle Max but the moves look very similar and didn't seem it would be a big enough challenge unless i did it 2xs a week...?

right now i'm doing cardio 4 - 5xs a week with strength 3xs a week. my workouts last for an hour or so.

suggestions???

How about the Pyramids for a two-day split, or Muscle Endurance for a total body workout.

I don't have any of Cathe's 3-day split workouts. Pure Strength, I've heard, is the closest to the Gym Styles, just a bit more dated. Slow and Heavy is very intense - even Cathe suggests limiting your use of it.
