I am planning a month of splits - Slow & Heavy, P/S - Gym styles - 4D's and mis. other
Problem is I feel I need to work upper body 2x. I usually use the pre-mixes on Gymstyle since I'm time crunched.
So, would this be overtraining - I want to lift as heavy as I can on the splits my heavy is not nearly as close to Cathe or some of you guys)
workout each body part as heavy as I can 1X using one of the above series;
cardio 3 or 4 X - yoga daily and then do either a circuit workout or total body workout using medium or light weights.
OR - is it just better to lift as heavy as you can on the splits and exercise each body part 1X
