You wonderful inspiring physically fit people.
I wish that everyone would please consider giving a 1.00 for evey child that you have.
And a 1.00 for every grandchild.
To the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
It makes such a difference no matter how much you can give.
We all are so fortunate to have our health and to be able to work out like we do, and I cannot imagine not being able to work out with Cathe and to continue on with what I enjoy doing the most in life. Moving my bod.
It's never to late.
