Doing the sweep with your leg just frozen on the step and moving your arms and the other leg. She pushes you to the breaking point and then lets up. I think it's the hardest in the whole workout.

I am usually SO out of breath after the 4th interval, I need to get a drink and side step for a second before moving on. Once I'm done with 4 I know I'm home free!
I agree, that one is a KILLER!! LM gets in those legs really well. Today I did just the cardio segments without the blast and got a great steady state workout!! I was suprised how much I was sweating.
It's tough, but when she does the pulsing squats after the sweep move, I shift my weight to the leg on the floor more. It's probably cheating, but it helps.
