Soy and co-worker

RE: Hey, run4fun

Have you ever heard the expression, "Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery."? Your co-workers admires you. It's sort of sweet. You lived in Okinawa? They eat a soy-based diet. You should read the Okinawa Program. It's excellent. I eat a largely soy based diet which has sort of happened gradually over the past few years. Today I had a grilled Chikin sandwich with tomatoes and fresh mozarella on a very grainy bread. Gardenburger, I think. Quite good too. There was a time when I distained eating "fake" meat and felt if I wanted chicken I'd have chicken but as a 38 year old who intends to go into menopause naturally and without hormone replacement therapy, I have learned to love soy in many forms. I do eat a little meat though. You have got to try edamame (whole soybeans in their pods). Boiled with a little salt and shucked and snacked on, they are to die for!

We used to go shopping at Park City all the time but I haven't been there for awhile. I think Iam due for a trip there. I would have liked to attend some of the Olympics but I couldn't afford it.
