Soul Sweat

I've done it and I like it. It's a low impact dance workout and a lot of fun. Good for a light workout day. It was a 30 minute and a 45 minute workout and 10 minutes of yoga. I felt so good after finishing this. If you go to soundstrue.com, you can see a clip of it. Also, if you go to videofitness.com, there are loads of threads about Soul Sweat, the majority of which are very positive. Watch the clip and let me know what you think.

Yeah, it does look fun and not terribly difficult, choreography wise. My body isn't as limber and can't do the things it used to do when I was younger. I've REALLY forgotten how to dance! :eek:
 
I don't know if I remember correctly, but I think this DVD also has a tutorial on it which should help.

I just got it the other day and did the 30 minute workout tonight. It was okay....I liked some parts better than others. I would probably only do this on a rest day or in the evening if I didn't want to get my HR up very high. I much prefer Yoga Booty Ballets and think I can even get my HR up much higher with YBB......but then again, I'd need to do Soul Sweat a few more times. I certainly am not as thrilled as a lot of others over at VF are.
