I have never such DOMS in my lats and upper back. Wonder if this is due to doing so many pushups? for the first time I have tried to do 10 pushups off my toes (I just went 1/4 way down-not all the way to the floor). the rest were modified on my knees.
I don't have any other DOMS besides the lats and upper back (but I can barely move).
