Songs that make you want to SHAKE IT

I saw your post, BooBoo. I think it is important for people to know that the Ipod is not recommended for vigorous exercise, don't you? I did a lot of research on the issue and for those of us who exercise, an MP3 or "flash player" is the player of choice. Look for at least 256 MB.

So, don't feel left out if you don't have an Ipod! They are apparently not the best choice for us exercisers.
