Happy Thanksgiving!!!!:)!!!!!!

I did S.W.A.T. Ultimate Body Definition, along with the 10 Minute Power Cardio workout in the same DVD. All while my turkey roasted, lol.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone :)

I did CC V7. My gym was actually open today until 2:00 so I was able to do it on the eliptical.

Take care everyone. Happy Turkey Day!!

Carrie

I did

C&W. Once again the human sprinkler strikes! I forgot my sweat band this morning and had sweat pouring in my eyes, ouch! Man does that stuff sting! I've already done my cooking for the day. I made a chocolate brandy tart and a sweet potato bread pudding.

T-Day w/o

I did 4.55 miles on the TM @ a 5.1 mph pace for 52 mins. Time now for me to shower, and then enjoy all for which I am SO very thankful. :D Have fun everyone! :)

I did BM2 Cardio Blast (62 minutes) and BM2 Abs.

I was exhausted by the end! Power Circuits 2 & 3 almost had me on the floor!

I must be crazy b/c I'm not even having a T-day meal this year!

I did Viper - and it kicked my butt!! I loved it! Now, I'm set for a nice Thanksgiving - my second one. With the kids grown and with lives of their own, we have everyone over the weekend before. Then we go to friend's today.

This morning I did Imax 2 plus a hard back and abs workout. Now its time to EAT! :) I might do a little elliptical tonight to help work off my dietary indulgences, or maybe not...

Muscle Max this morning... Thinking about tacking on an extra FIRM workout, just for a little added sweat. Tomorrow morning it's CCv8.

I did absolutely nothing and still managed to lose 8 pounds in 3 days. It's called the "stomach bug diet"! For weeks I was worried about over eating on Thanksgiving and all the workouts I had planned to do to make up for it. Well. I've been under the weather since Tuesday and my DH cooked all the food for my whole family (15 people) for Thanksgiving. I owe him big time! Hopefully I will be able to enjoy a few leftovers in a day or two.
