I've seen a bunch of people on here say this. While I'd rather eat healthy 95% of the time (and feel better for it), I have no problems eating a cookie or having ice cream maybe once or twice a week. Maybe I need the bug where grease or sugar makes me sick but NOPE
. Now I can't eat a TON of it, or that will make me feel like crap, but a serving - oh yeah. I just sort of wondered if some of you haven't eaten "junk" in years or something that it is like this for you.
