So ... SNM ... modifier or no modifier?

I guess my question is what is a modifier? If you mean an individual doing a move with less impact, I don't recall Cathe having one in any of her cardio workouts. As a previous poster mentioned, she usually will give a low impact version first then move on to the higher impact moves. I own all of Cathe's workouts, but my brain is a bit slow if this is not the case. I would hope she would include a move with less impact before she moves on the the higher impact stuff.

A modifier is a person who modifies the entire workout ( or specific parts ) while the instructor stays with the higher impact level.

I would like to see a modifier in Cathe's workouts. I don't think it would be a detriment to the product whatsoever, and I would probably be more inclined to purchase Shock Cardio if there were. Can I explain that feeling? No, but somehow the idea of someone working on a lower impact level gives me less of a dread factor for some of these killer impact workouts.
Obviously, SNM can make their own choices for business, and I can make mine as a consumer as well.

Thanks for letting us know about this thread. We have now deleted the offending thread and have banned the user who wrote it. We also had to delete some other threads too because they had copied the thread we had deleted with their reply.

What the heck is SNM talking about?
Someone wrote a rude post using profanity. (that's all that needs to be said about it, IMO).

(whoever wrote SNM's reply must have posted too quickly, and mixed up "thread" and "post," using "thread" to refer to both).
