Hi! I have just gotten most of my energy back, now that I am just about in my 2nd trimester. I have been doing KPC, with lower impact moves (and some shorter workouts from the premixes and workout blender). I have some older Firms that have been great too (Standing Lower Body, Vol. 1-with modifications). I have mostly been doing a lot of walking (my boobs can't handle the impact). I hope to do more of the Body Blast Series as my interest level and energy comes back

Hi and congratlations on your pregnancy. I'm almost to the end of my pregnancy now, just a few more days to go. I stuck with Cathe's workouts through the whole thing. At first I did the CTX series alot and then Timesaver. The last few months I've really enjoyed the Basic Step and Body Fusion dvd as well as high step circuit. I've found these to be just the right intensity for right now. Step Heat and the Wedding Video are a couple of other good ones. If these become too high impact or get your heart rate up too high they're very easy to modify. If you're an advanced exerciser and have been doing Cathe for a while you'll probably find most pregnancy workouts to be too easy.
