Good question, Jerry! I'd like to know that answer -- especially if he sees everything firsthand (before we do!). I wonder if he does Cathe's other workouts? I bet right now he doesn't have much time to do anything except for working on STS -- keep working Chris!!!

I’m sure once we finish the STS project and the software/website projects we’re currently working on I will do the STS DVDs. I’m actually really looking forward to it as this is very similar to how I use to train years ago before business became my primary focus. Time now to get back in shape!
