The only reason I did not order STS was because you announced STS Gym. I workout at a gym now - no longer at home - and I reckon that the Gym version will be designed for a mix of free weights and machines, therefore more suitable for me.
Will STS gym be your next project after STS? Or will the mixed martial arts project take priority?
I'm doing a rotation based on the STS philosophy with some folks over at the VF forum. The experience so far and your blog makes this system something I absolutely want to try.
I used exercises from the blog to the extent I can figure them out to put togther my Meso 1 routines so far. I am impressed.
a. The weight I need to lift based on the 1 rep max text are only marginally more for Meso 1 than those I use usually, but that extra bit makes such a difference. For one thing, I need to lift slower to stay in control. For another, my muscles feel "tight" even as I finish each set.
b. The new twists to exercises in Meso 1 Legs are fab. I especially love the paper plate slide lunges and side squats. The supine pull ups are another favorite. They not only make working out more interesting, I can feel the workouts the next day.
My motivation to train and the way my body responds has been great in just the 6 workouts done so far. I am eager to reach Meso 2 and 3 style training.
If something based on a blog can feel this good, I dont want to miss out on the real thing.
