SNM - sent email re: scratched up DVD....

I sent an email 2 days ago regarding a scratched up DVD that I received (CTX Series). I also called yesterday - please respond telling me where I can return the CTX Series and receive a new one (the DVD wasn't secured in the case during shipment and is severely scratched up). Thank you.
 
I have had some DVD's get scratched and I found at the video store they sell something like a DVD repair it will fill in the scratches and I found that it works after that and don't lose a thing, you might want to try that,
 
I would fix them if I had scratched them - however they came to me scratched up - after spending $90 I expect to receive DVDs that are not scratched up.
 
I did send it to that address and have just resent it again. I will send it from several of my email addresses to ensure that it gets through.
