Athletic Training Premixes
After watching all the premixes of AfterBurn, I was too wired to fall asleep so I got back up and decided that I could do something for a minute and in that one very long minute I decided to play the downloads on my Ipad and the DVD on the computer simultaneously to figure out how the premix sequences relate. I managed to get them all I think and type them up. Whew - now that was itself a workout!
