SNM PreMix Chapters Please!

Can you please let me know which chapters on the downloads correspond to the premixes on the DVDs? I only have the downloads, but Cathe refers to some of the premix chapters (like Yoga Relax Express) in her November rotation.

All I know is the length of times of the downloads, because I can see that in the Workout Manager.

Low Impact Premixes

It's something we're getting ready to start working on, but it is a very time consuming task and will probably take a couple of weeks to complete.
 
Thanks, I saw that great post too, but it didn't quite do the trick. The times and the titles are part of the story, but what's missing is knowing which download chapters are excluded from the premix. For instance, Yoga Relax has 13 chapters on the download, like "Standing Torso Stretches" and "Balance Poses". The premixes must be skipping certain chapters, but I don't know which ones. With some of the other videos, its more obvious.

This is a problem with all the downloads, not just this series. I hope SNM will eventually post all the premixes chapter notes. I can see why that would be a big job!
 
That info isn't on the discs, either. Sometimes just doing (or viewing) the workouts a couple of times will give you the information you need - you could even create you own list while you preview.
 
Premixes and Downloads

What we're planning on releasing is a chapter map for each premix that will give you a chapter number, chapter name and order so that you can you know exactly which chapter to drag into the Workout Blender.

I can't wait to get that info either - it will be perfect!

I created the TriSets Total Body premix (it was pretty easy to figure out) using the WB last week. It ran seamlessly - easy to use, fast, and with a great result!

(I've had some issues creating blends with older workouts mixed with the LIS - I tried to make a band workout using pieces of Travel Fit, Athletic Training, and Slide & Glide, but it didn't work out. Took hours, and wasn't playable on either my Classic or iPod Touch).

Still some glitches (which I know you're working on), but overall a great piece of software!

Athletic Training Premixes

After watching all the premixes of AfterBurn, I was too wired to fall asleep so I got back up and decided that I could do something for a minute and in that one very long minute I decided to play the downloads on my Ipad and the DVD on the computer simultaneously to figure out how the premix sequences relate. I managed to get them all I think and type them up. Whew - now that was itself a workout! :D

Oh what a wonderful job you've done! Thank you sooo much!!! But... I must admit I've been really intimidated by the list of Chapters of Athletic step extreme! :eek::D I think I'm not ready yet for doing the cardio section TWICE! Seems I have something really good to work up to!

Yes intimidating at first for sure but I tried some of the Premixes - it does get you out of breath because there is less time for breaks too and I had to pause my DVD and also when I needed water but once you get through 70 or 80% you feel amazing - both due to accomplishment and all the endorphins of a great workout.

Those dixie cups work well for green (wheat grass, spirulina etc) shots too so buy some extras:)
