SNM - High Step Shipment Question

I feel so bad bothering you while you're so busy - but I received a UPS notice on 10/10, and when I view the status it keeps showing "billing information received" since 10/9. Is doesn't appear to have shipped. I've never seen this before and was wondering if there is a problem with my order or if this is happening to others.

I've seen this message from UPS before. What I think it means is that UPS has been contacted by SNM for pick-up, but may not have yet picked it up. Isn't it frustrating to see no action on that UPS tracking page!?
 
Thanks for the info Kathryn. Yes, it is a little frustrating - I know Cathe & crew are working so hard to get everything out - I'm just so anxious for my high step!:p

I got my notification on 10/10 like you did verifying that UPS was told of the "billing information" which I found confusing also because of course I put it on my charge card last month.

Just to let you know - I tracked the package from Cathe's home page on Mon. and it said it was shipped and due to arrive Wed., which it did come this afternoon.

I hope you got yours too - just check your tracking.

Thanks for the tip Cheryl - I tried it and I'm still getting the same message!!! Hopefully SNM will have a chance to look into it soon - I think my high step got stuck somewhere along the line!;(
