Good Morning.

This morning was KCM Split Sessions Lower Body work out (30 mins) + KCM TLC Athletic Conditioning work out (30 mins). Fabulous mix. I got in my endurance leg work, cardio, upper body conditioning by using weighted gloves during the cardio and b/c TLC also included push ups, and last but not least there were abs in the program too so I got a little bit of everything! Awesome! :D

Terina:: You mean you are actually RECOVERING this week? :p:D

Tomorrow we hit the water park:eek:

Im planning to do my 1rep max on saturday.

Hi .. wind and worms .:eek:.. you don't want to know. Night of the living dead outside our house. Tornadoes and now Army Worms. I'm so stressed out.
Today was Low Impact Circuit. Tough. I wish I could spend the money on WW but I am getting back to being more conscious as to what I eat.
Talk tomorrow.
 
Morning Ladies.

Well my plan was to do cardio this morning but a monkey wrench got thrown into that plan when I got out of bed this morning. I realized that the arthritis in my neck flared up overnight and it's impossible to work out (or do much of anything) when this happens. OUCH! :(

On the bright side though, I weighed in this morning w/WW and I am down again! Only .2 from goal now! WOOT!:D

Terina:: Have fun at the water park and thanks for the link. I'll check it out this weekend!

Colleen:: WTH are army worms?? :eek: The weather is just awful every where lately. Tornadoes are out of control it seems. Apparently 4 people were recently killed in the Springfield Mass are from crazy storms they got the other day! WTH is going on!? :confused::( Good job with LIC!

I'm going to go back and check out the links for the nutrition and recipe info later today.
Didn't get a workout yesterday but I worked for $ 5 hours doing odd jobs. I was beat when I got home and could hardly move. I think it was because I was out of doors in high heat and humidity. I moved boxes and pruned shrubs etc. But I was very grateful for the $. I can now get my hair cut!!
Today I did Hiit DB Wave and some extra stretches to work out the kinks.
Glad to hear your neck is better Wendy and super congratulations on your WW.
Ternia how's the 1rep max testing going? It sounds like your testing one meso at a time? I should have done that ... I got hurt trying to test all at once a few years ago.
Have a wonderful weekend and thanks for the links to the food. I'm having a hard time cleaning up my act.

On Cathe's cardio STS rotation she mentions "Cardio Quick Fix Option". What is that?

I could not find that anywere:eek: Please help wendy and Colleen :)

I so enjoyed doing the 1 rep max, I've missed working out. I did the test for the entire Meso 2 so I don't have to worry about it for the rest of the month.

Colleen-let us know how the hair cut went.Post pictures!
