I hate weeding but my shoulder was out for almost 2 years and to help sell the house now that I'm better I better get out there! I plan do Step Moves or Athletic Step today.
I have gained 5 lbs in 4 weeks. So much for binging, being in a funk and not keeping up with my cardio. A perfect storm.
I have to stay calm when life throws me a curve.
Enjoy your rest day Wendy. Terina, I ended up hurting myself doing the 1r test. That's when I tore my shoulder. The weights I tested out at were really too high for me with the equipment I had. I don't have a weight bench to hold a heavy bar bell and I couldn't afford the tower, either. I got hurt hoisting the bar bell up to do flat bench chest presses and over head dumb bell presses. I may have tested out a 1r but it was too much for me to do and I wasn't wise enough to back off. I didn't realize how unstable my shoulder was because I didn't have any pain.
Forgive my sloppy posting ... if I don't dash it off I'll never get it done.
