You are a Fat Trimmer! You tend to have a slower metabolism and tend to absorb more dietary fat into your body. To manage your weight more effectively, you could benefit from a diet that reduces fat and calories.
A good diet for Fat Trimmers is very different than a diet for Carb Reducers or Better Balancers. You are genetically more likely to lose weight by following a diet that reduces the calories coming from fat. For that reason, consider how many calories from fat, carbohydrates and protein you’re consuming each day.
The chart below shows the breakdown of daily calories you should aim for as a Fat Trimmer – 20% of your calories should come from fat, 65% from carbs and 15% from protein. Don’t worry if you don’t know how to figure out these numbers yourself right now. You’re not alone – we’re here to help! Start by taking a look at “Planning Meals for Fat Trimmers” on the next page. And remember, you should always consult your physician before beginning any diet.
Set Your Daily Calorie Goal To Include:
15% Protein
20% Fat 65% Carbs
Hope that helps, its a great way to find out youre personal plan specific for your body type. Theres also for bones, nutrition, and heart to see if you have more of a chance of heart disease. I recommend the bone especially i had that one done and it told me that I really need to up my calcium to 1500 so I dont suffer spinal damage, which is weakaning of spine which can cause a curve on upper back and shrinkage.
