Today's work out was KCM NYC Body Sculpting lower body only premix + LIC's step combos and blasts, KCM's Circuit Burn non boxing cardio x 2 and abs. It took about an hour and was a good burny sweat!
My neck is still not 100% though getting better all the time! Hoping to start M3 this coming weekend! Fingers crossed!
