Slow and Heavy Rotation with Cardio Question

After reading of the success to be had doing a Slow and Heavy rotation, I thought I might begin one. I am curious about what cardio to do on the days in between - do you use step only tapes like Rythmic Step etc or are you able to use Cardio and Weights, Terminator, Body Max etc?

personally I stayed away from cardio that also included weights for the upper body. I stuck with the cardios from CTX, because that plus a Slow & Heavy weights session can still be a long time, or else I did step training of varied intensity, cardio kicks and circuit max but substituting lower body endurance work for the upper body weights Cathe does in Circuit Max. I just prefer it that way.

When I do the S & H Series, I do step and kickboxing. I didn't do any other weight training video mixes. Well, excet on occasion I would do IMAX Xtreme which involves very little weight training.

I think I remember Cathe posting before that that particular tape would not interfere with your other weight training.

Thanks very much, that completely clears it up for me. I think I can now put together a rotation I will be happy with. I am looking forward (or dreading!!) to starting tomorrow morning.
