Slight Variation on B&G Firewalkers to make it burn

I just did the B&G Leg Cardio premix this morning. Talk about lactic acid overdose! WOW! I love, love, love it! I also really, really love firewalkers. I love how it gets deep into the hip muscle and just burns. I wanted to share a slight variation on firewalkers that really got into just the right places. Try leading with your heel so you're slightly pigeon-toed to get more of the back of the hip. You can also turn the foot out slightly and lead with the toes to get more of the front hip/hip flexor region. It felt so good...

Another variation which I used in PT is to lift the leg as if you were stepping over a ball. That also focuses in on the hip flexor.
 
Yeah, I used the purple band for the first time yesterday and Yeeouch! I'm feeling it in my "heiny" this morning, I tell ya!!

I've been wanting to get a stronger band, but before I can, I've just been wrapping the green band around my legs twice---yeah, double the burn}(
