I'm getting back into doing Cathe workouts after about a ten-year hiatus, during which I focused on primarily cycling and swimming. I used to own all of Cathe's workouts back in the olden days (VHS and her initial DVDs!). In any event, I'm happy to be back.
I'm reluctant to purchase any of the newer workouts where Cathe uses the disks. Being a month away from entering the Dead Zone of life (haha---turning 50), I don't want to risk an injury. My workout space is carpeted.
Questions:
1) Are the disks safe?
2) Are there modifications you can do if you opt not to use the disks?
