Skogg System - Cardio Segments from 5 dvds pack

Hi Everyone,

I have just received my skogg system and would like to start on adding short segments to my cardio routine.

Can anyone who has worked out the system, please tell me which ones are cardios?
I have heard a lot of positive reviews on this therefore have enough information.

Hi Nathalie, the moves are all using the kettlebell. Just completing the moves with a bell that is 'heavy enough to challenge you safely' will make your heart race within 5-10 minutes or so. Besides the 101 intro there are really only 4 workouts. Roots, Ladders, Intervals, and Flow. These workouts all use the same 6 basic moves, just in a different way. The levels 1-4 just means that the workout goes longer. Have fun!! HTH
