Every time I do SJP as is (which isn't very often ), the same thing happens. I start off doing the step, then the first couple of hi-lo combos and weights and I'm thinking, 'Hey, this isn't too bad. It's not that difficult. Look at me, aren't I brilliant, etc. etc.'
Then I get to the lunges and my legs turn to jelly and I am FRIED! From that moment on, I have to take little breaks and push myself to get to the end.
Sometimes I think I must have been a goldfish in a previous life as this happens EVERY time!
Is it just me?!
