In addition, I just started Meso 2 and discovered I can't use weights when I do the paper plate lunges. I felt like a total weenie, but it seems the exercise is different enough from Meso 1's version to make it more challenging for me.
Jai's expression on Disc 14 when Cathe was adding on reps to the calf work is priceless (and exactly how I felt, I might add). Watch for it.
