I'm not receiving the confirmation email. I entered an hour ago and checked my SPAM bucket, too. I entered a second time a few minutes ago in case I did something wrong, but had the same result.
 
My confirmation e-mail took about two days. I didn't see the price until I read catwoman's post - eek! I hope there's some sort of pre-sale deal!

I entered 8 hours ago and then a second (7 hours ago) and third time (4 hours ago). I didn't receive confirmation emails for any of my entries. I checked my junk folder in Outlook and went online and checked the SPAM folder through webmail. Nada! It's not a problem I've had before, so I'm not sure what's going on. Strange!

If you have not received a confirmation email there may be several causes:

1. Confirmation email is in your junk or clutter folder
2. Your ISP (or email provider) is blocking us. You will need to contact your ISP for assistance with this.
3. You marked our weekly Newsletter as Spam. The Fit Tower contest form uses the same mail server as our weekly Newsletter. If you have previously flagged our weekly Newsletter as Spam our contest confirmation email may be blocked and you might not receive it.
4. You forgot to fill out a required field on the Sweepstakes form.
 
You have to also check on the email client server side as well as your junk mail folder. You junk folder only shows you emails that your email provider allowed to go through to you and then were marked as Spam, not ones that they blocked.

As long as you see "Almost finished... We need to confirm your email address. To complete the subscription process, please click the link in the email we just sent you." after you click on the submit button you know the email has been sent.

The reason some people have an an issue is that their ISP or email provider blocks some of your emails. Most people don't realize that hundreds of emails each month are blocked by their email provider because they are identified as spam or a threat. All emails are scored and if a score is high enough the email will not be allowed to pass through to you and you will never know it ever existed. Your junk folder only contains emails that your email provider scored at a level which wasn't high enough to block it from being sent to you. What ends up in your junk folder are emails that your personal computer settings have identified as possible spam but were allowed by your email provider to be sent to you.

The only solution to this problem is to contact the company that handles your email or to try a different email provider.

Bonnie, do you have Comcast? I tried three times with them, never worked. Tried Yahoo, immediately got the confirmation.
 
I hope Cathe will explain the differences in the 2 towers, as far as how the new workouts will work with the old tower. I have the first one,
and it is wobbly when you just hold on to it, but putting your weight on it, it is pretty solid. The knobs are different, and the old one has
more adjustment holes in it, and I believe they said the new one is a bit smaller in size. I am really thinking of getting the whole package
but I am just wondering how harder it will be to use the old tower with the new workouts, as far as adjustments, etc. Hope this makes
sense ! I'd hate just to get the dvds and find that some of the exercises are not "doable" with the old tower, so I guess that's why I am thinking
of the whole package.......I hope the presale price is good.... :)
