Side Slide Lunges - Help!


Cathe - thanks for your pointers on the back slide lunge. They were great and made the move more effective and easier to execute, knowing how to do it correctly. However, I am struggling with the mechanics of the side slide lunge. My knee definitely is going over my toes, and my whole body position feels all "wonky" and uncomfortable on this move. Clearly I'm doing something wrong. Can you give us a video on that move please!

btw - STS is awesome and I am loving every minute of it!!


Evidently not Cathe, but I also have trouble with side lunges on the plate. My back lunges are deep and flawless. I would enjoy a demonstration on the correct form for this particular exercise.
