Gals - me and the whole fam have come down w/this nasty cold/flu bug. I am finally on the tail end of mine. The fever is gone, achiness is gone but coughing like mad.
Wondering if I should try and do a wt workout today. I know i'll never make it thru a cardio workout w/out coughing up a lung
I am thinking of doing PH or ME?
What do you think? Should I rest or try it? I am so bumemd as I was suppose to start BFL last Sunday. I did soooooo good Sunday and Monday and then got sicker than a dog on Tuesday. I haven't worked out since Monday night and am really wanting to do something today but don't want to get myself sicker....
