SHOULDERS

Yesterday I worked Upper Body; I lined up the shoulder portions from MIS,Power Hour,Body Max and CTX. Towards the end I could really feel my shoulders getting exhausted, but today I feel nothing, does that make sense?

Now that you mention it , I don't think that my shoulders ever get sore either.I wonder why.I have a lot of defintion in my shoulders.Normally ever other muscle hurts if I train it hard enough.Good question.

I have a question... I am right handed so my right arm is stronger and a bit more developed - especially the outer head of my deltoid - than my left. This is only noticeable to myself unless I point it out. I would like to develop my left deltoid to match the right. Lateral raises work this area, I know. Should I do more reps on the left or use a slightly heavier weight. Any ideas?

Also, my shoulders have gotten stronger but with minimal to no soreness. Weird!

I would go with heavier weight and fewer reps on the left side (as opposed to more reps). Of course, this allows the assumption that the thing to do is to work the two sides differently.

I don't tend to feel muscle soreness in the shoulders much either. Cathe tells us not to worry about this; we are still getting results.

However, there is one exercise that does make me very sore the next day in the front delts--pushups off the short edge of my step with my hands in a hammer curl position. This is done in Reebok's Extreme Step. They are brutal. (not just the 3 or so done at a time in the video, but rather the 4 sets I take to failure). Unfortunately, these can make my hands a little sore.
