Should I Purchase KPC for 1 workout?

I read from another member that the November rotation really got her lower body into great shape. I'm all for that and want to begin the November rotation next week. KPC is listed in the rotation for one of the workouts, which I don't own. I do have Kick Max and thought it might be a good substitute. However, I also read that KPC seems to be favored over Kick Max (which I already have & it's not one of my favorites). My question is, is it worth it to purchase KPC for only 1 workout? Or should I just replace it with Kick Max?

Thanks!
Terri

One of the reasons I like this DVD is the combining of both kickboxing w/ the lower body workout. Its like having three workouts on one DVD. I do love the kickboxing. I don't have Kick Max so can't comment. And I love the legs & glutes. But when I'm time crunched and want a cardio and lower body workout this DVD delivers. I'm sure others will comment further.

Yes - I would. KPC is awesome and has some great premixes with and without segments from Legs & Glutes. You can, for example, use L&G floor work to top off the kickboxing in place of the ball abs or weighted leg work, etc. I think you'll be happy with the purchase. Like Cathe's newest DVD's, there are a lot of options for you to choose from for shorter/longer workouts.

Yes, buy it for kPC and for the bonus L&G, a friend of mine encouraged me to get it and I LOVE it!!

KPC also has an exceptional stability ball core routine, done to the tunage of "Jurassic Park" (after you've done that core routine the Jurassic song will be in your head for hours). I say "go" in the purchasing department.

You should most definitely get the KPC DVD. I use it as is and do the premixes a lot. My fav is the 82 minute premix combining KPC w/L&G. I have to say KPC is my all time favorite kickbox workout. You won't regret it!

Oh yeah, the ab work is great for such a short segment!

Have fun!

Another yes to purchase KPC. It's a great workout and the premixes give you so many more options. You might also like L&G!

Voting Yes too! I love Kickboxing and I think KPC is truer to what it is suppose to be. I like Kick Max and Cardio Kicks and Kickbox for a different workout (mixing it up so you don't get bored).

Plus don't look at it like 1 workout think of all the mixing and matching, plus premixes. Legs and Glutes is AWESOME too.

Honestly you are going to own them all eventually and you can not go wrong with any of them.

I am still working on Hardcore Extreme and Timesaver (Bithday and Mothers DAy are coming).

I think you're right about owning them all. Whenever I take that credit card out, my hubby just rolls his eyes and says to me, "don't ever complain about how much money I spend on fantasy football or any of my football trips!" I tell him it's not the same thing...I'm investing in my health!

Hi Terri,

Believe me, it won't be for just one workout (it's like a Lay's potatoe chip :9 ). You will get a lot of use out of this DVD. I think you'll like both workouts and will use them often. This one is a classic.
