I'm wondering if Supersets/Push Pull is something I need to add to my rotations. I have MM, ME, PUB/PLB, PH, 4D's, and many other cardio & circuit DVD's.
I like the idea of doing my weights on the ball as that is how I usually do PUB and I LOVE the double upper body premix on BM2.
Will Supersets add variety to my collection or am I getting similar workouts with PUB & BM2 upper body premix?
Any opinions or suggestions would be great!! Thank you in advance!
