Should I or Shouldn't I? Supersets...

I'm wondering if Supersets/Push Pull is something I need to add to my rotations. I have MM, ME, PUB/PLB, PH, 4D's, and many other cardio & circuit DVD's.

I like the idea of doing my weights on the ball as that is how I usually do PUB and I LOVE the double upper body premix on BM2.

Will Supersets add variety to my collection or am I getting similar workouts with PUB & BM2 upper body premix?

Any opinions or suggestions would be great!! Thank you in advance! :D

You know I love the music, look, and exercises, but this series is one that I don't do that often. I like style and feel of the gym style better. Focusing on a body part at a time till failure. Not to say that it doesn't work. You have to make sure you are using the right weight, something challenging enough. It really gives you the opportunity to focus on form since you work opposing muscle groups. There are also a top of premixes to choose from.
 
I LOVE these workouts! They are good for when you need something in under an hour, and the premixes are great! I did the Supersets upper body premix this week and felt like I worked everything in 34 minutes. I don't have PUB or BM2, so I'm not much help there, but these contrast nicely after a 4DS rotation. Love the music, the use of the stability ball, etc. in these workouts. Hope this helps! :)
 
These are workouts I don´t do very often, but coming off an injury, for me these will be a good place to start back into lifting.

Hmmm, I wasn't crazy about either workout but perhaps I will rethink them as I recover from my shoulder injury - will need to modify though as I'm not allowed to do any shoulder exercises, dips, or overhead extensions until the physical therapists gives the okay - but I can fast forward through shoulder exercises and then substitute for dips and overhead presses... maybe I'll pull one of these out tomorrow.
