Shorter workouts

Hi Cathe!

I'd love to see some shorter workouts. With the economy and all, I find myself with little time to workout anymore. I used to be able to do hour long workouts, but that is a thing of the past. At present, working 3 different jobs, my time is stretched.

The new series of Hiit workouts works well, but when it comes to weight workouts -- I have only the one, Total Body Sculpting (27 minutes). Sometimes I do 1/2 of an hour long workout 2 days in a row. And then there's the circuit workouts. There's an old FIRM -- #4 -- a total body workout with cardio that's 42 minutes long. And that's what I do on days when I need a circuit workout. But it gets old doing the same workout week after week. Yet, when I break up the current circuit workouts into 1/2 - 1/2 -- I never feel as though I'm getting enough cardio.

Anyway for better or worse, I can't really go over that 40 minute mark right now and still work out every day. Believe it or not, I am an advanced exerciser and so if you could figure this out, I would be much appreciative.

Thanks Cathe for your hard work.:D

I agree. Something shorter would be good. I know you can only pack so much in but it would be nice. Even something like the 4DS which I break down into an "8-DS", doing the cardio portion one day and the weight portion the next.

Have you looked at Cross Train Express? It has fun cardio and lots of premixes to let you customize the cardio and/or weights any way you like. It has one of the BEST upper body premixes ever (IMO).

I would be interested in shorter workouts also but I find the 4DS and Hardcore Series Gymstyles easy to break up into shorter workouts.

If you want just weight for example you could buy the Hardcore Series Gym Styles and break up by body part, they are structured so that you complete one body part before moving on to the next. STS Meso 2 I think is similar.
