By cardio I mean ANY form of your choice (step, hi/lo, jogging, treadmill, bike, whatever you choose as your form for that day).
I like to keep that loose, because some days you just feel like a good step workout, then some days you feel hi/lo-ish! So any cardio workout is fine.
I know you haven't gotten the CTX Series yet, and that's what I normally used for short cardio as I didn't have any cardio videos under 45min either. But finding Charlene's will really give me some variety, especially mornings when I didn't sleep quite well enough to knock out CTX 10-10-10 or step & intervals before a weight workout. These lower impact 30min workouts will fit quite nicely before S&H or PS Series!
As for abs, I guess you could throw in however long a segment you chose on whichever days are best for you. For me, I usually use a weight workout that had the abs section built in, so I didn't have to think about what days or where to add them on. Gotta love the way Cathe throws in abs at the end of her videos!
She takes the thought process right out of it for me!
