Can anyone give me suggestions for short (20 minutes or less) but tough and complete upper body workouts using Cathe's DVDs? I have most of them. Thanks.

You could do pyramid upper body (up only) for a short but thorough workout. I wouldn't do this all the time though..but you could probably maintain upper body strength for a short time by doing this if you are short on time.
If you have the ME dvd you could do the upper only or just the upper body of C&W. I think Body Max upper is around 25 minutes. Just a few ideas. I think the upper sections from Power Hour are close to 30 minutes total. Maybe you could combine the upper body from C&W and Bootcamp I think that would be 28 minutes though. Most of these are a little over 20 minutes except C&W.

Something else you might try is the one of the premixes from Cardio & Weights. They might actually be right around 20 minutes. I haven't done this in a long time, but I remember liking it for something short when I was time crunched.
I just did the HSTA upper body premix yesterday. It's only 20 minutes or so and I got a pretty good upper body workout. I used it as an add on to Christi Taylor's Funktional Fitness workout (cardio only) and got a nice workout in an hour's time.
