I didn't see as much daily change in M2 as I did in M1, but then it all hit me in the last week. In M1, I had constant DOMS, felt really hungry, and didn't eat so clean, but definitely dropped some inches and noticed increased definition. I ate much cleaner in M2, but didn't have DOMS the entire time. At first, I didn't lose anything, but then in the last week of M2, I bough new jeans that were 2 sizes smaller then before, and after 1 week of M3 (and rest days at a conference where clean eating went out the window), they are already loose enough that I probably could have gone down 1 more size. So I think the changes in M2 snuck up on me. And now in M3, I have been able to lift more than 80% of my 1RM, so I definitely gained strength. And holy DOMS!!!
