share your results with meso 2

so, most of you have finished up Meso 2. Reading the other results thread on Meso 1, people were losing inches and getting definition already.


Has anyone lost weight/inches or other results with Meso 2?
 
I didn't see as much daily change in M2 as I did in M1, but then it all hit me in the last week. In M1, I had constant DOMS, felt really hungry, and didn't eat so clean, but definitely dropped some inches and noticed increased definition. I ate much cleaner in M2, but didn't have DOMS the entire time. At first, I didn't lose anything, but then in the last week of M2, I bough new jeans that were 2 sizes smaller then before, and after 1 week of M3 (and rest days at a conference where clean eating went out the window), they are already loose enough that I probably could have gone down 1 more size. So I think the changes in M2 snuck up on me. And now in M3, I have been able to lift more than 80% of my 1RM, so I definitely gained strength. And holy DOMS!!!

Wow! That's impressive! Congratulations and good for you! I'm like you, I didn't eat so clean during Meso 1 but have really cleaned it up in Meso 2. I'm anxious to see how this all turns out! :D
 
Just finished Meso2 yesterday, here are my meso1 and meso2 results. They are not outstanding, but at least moving in the right direction for the most part:

Meso 1
Weight = down 2 pounds
Waist: down 1 inch
Belly: down .5 inch
Hips: down .5 inch
chest: down .5 inch
Thighs: down .25 inches each
Bicep: Up .25 inches each

Meso 2
Weight = down 2 pounds
Waist: down 1 inch
Belly: down 1 inch
Hips: no change
chest: down 1 inch
Thighs: no change
Right Bicep: Down .25 inches
Left Bicep: no change
 
I´m not measuring or weighing, but I am able to lift more. I had to up my weights in the final biceps workout, and was able to use more weight for the final leg workout, also.

Still can only manage 3 (and 1/2!) pull ups :(
