Happy Tuesday Everyone! Report in with your workout and the healthiest thing you ate or will eat today!
I did Shock Cardio Boxing, including the Heavy Bag Bonus (without the heavy bag, but its still fun and keeps the heart rate up). When I do any kickboxing or boxing I hold the steel end caps that came with an old barbell. I don't know what they weigh, not much, but it is some added resistance and I can feel that it is a bit more challenging than empty hands.
Cardio Coach V1 on the elliptical, HiIT 30/30 and Ab Circuits no Equipment.
Breakfast was a 100 cal, high fiber english muffin w/ PB.
2nd breakfast was a 1/2 C oatmeal (uncooked) w/ 1/2 C dark chocolate almond milk
Lunch is left over whole wheat spaghetti w/ turkey balls.

Caribbean seasoned rice. Did lower body and Stairmaster yesterday.

I am going to Arizona at the end of February to visit family. I am currently doing your February rotation to get ready for shorts weather. Tonight is STS total body on my agenda!
My new favorite dessert is sugar free orange jello with 1/2 tsp. of sour cream swirled in! YUM,
