Shape selects Cross Fire as one of its six favorite videos for 2012 in its December magazine. Known for its great music, 12 premixes and supercharged high intensity cardio, Cross Fire blasts away calories without the dread factor.

After being on the trails the entire summer, its a challenge to find indoor workouts that bring me the numbers I'm used to seeing on my HRM. Cross Fire is one of those workouts. Congratulations Cathe!
 
My five year old daughter loves Crossfire, too! :p Last week I was doing it and she was like "mama I love this music!" Then she did the first move of the Fitness Blast with me... Scoot Scoot DIG! LOL

Today I did To the Max and she begged me to do "scoot scoot DIG" with her today instead of what I was doing! :D
