selling on ebay

I don't know why it would be a problem. The only thing that I know of that ebay has issues with is this: if you ask a question on their boards and post the link to your auction there, they see that as promoting your auction on their help board. Often, when I am searching for something on Google, an ebay auction link will come up so I can only imagine it is "legal" to post links in places like this

hmm ok. just checking. I think I've seen others post auctions here for other items. there are several that I think would be desirable to people here so thought I'd share. but no Cathe dvds. here is the link to the items I have listed (don't mind the book)

I've seen your name on ebay before. Either we were bidding on the same thing, or I saw something you had for auction. My meowracer came from having my black cat, Midnight, when I was racing motorcycles and I became Black Cat Racing (team of two - DH and me!), and from there came about meowracer.

Good luck selling your DVD's and I hope your post doesn't get pulled. I posted a few months ago about selling some Cathe DVD's I wasn't using...had some interest from someone,..and then *poof*, my whole post was yanked.

Oh no, I guess you missed my post. I replied and it meant to much to me that you took the time to post a thread to ask! It all turned out ok - a congenital abnormality. Nothing to worry about in the end. My right jugular is bigger than the left and apparently, they don't see it that often. Once they did the final test that showed the vessels,etc, they could tell it was something not as menacing as a brain tumor, but didn't know what. It took the ENT all of about 30 seconds to look at the films and know what it was. All of that worrying did one thing for me though - made me appreciate being well just that much more. And the support I got through this group of people was amazing. Thanks for asking and sorry you missed the reply before!

I think I remember back in the day with the older forums reading somewhere that you are not allowed to sell things on the forum. Don't quote me on that I'm not 100% sure. Maybe there is a list of rules somewhere? But hey, good luck selling them. I've been so burnt by e-bay before that I never buy from there no matter what. I'm happy to know that whoever buys your stuff at least will get the real deal. Happy selling.

I think that's true. The reason is you are taking away money from Cathe... using her forum. Potential buyers buying used instead of new from Cathe. I understand her position. I have a few I would like to sell too. I don't do ebay anymore... too many weirdos.

So how do you get rid of stuff you don't want anymore? I have no idea how to sell on ebay but have tons of DVD's that I want to sell. Most things are television series. How many times can I watch Jack Bauer save the world? I wish I had gotten Netflix sooner because then I wouldn't have all of these DVD's.
