I'm loving Gym Style Legs, the legs portion of Muscle Max (though I use a tall step and weights instead of low step and bands) and Leaner Legs is also a favorite. I find the legs portion of Power Hour and MIS to be less intense than the above. I enjoy Legs and Glutes as well. I'm the kind of exercizer who needs lots of variety -- so I want to know: given these inclinations, is Strong Legs and Abs a good one to rotate with the above? Is the intensity similar to GSL and LL, or is Strong Legs and Abs less or more intense? Does the workout add anything, or is it too similar? Any other comments about this workout are also welcome.
