CTX would fit the bill. You get to do an aerobic workout and a weighted workout for a different body part each day. It has a killer leg workout, a good compilation of ab workouts for days when you want to work your core real hard, and a great upper body split. If you're not an advanced stepper, it pays to watch the aerobics portions once or twice before actually doing them. You may also need to rewind a lot when you do try them. But you will love this series once you get the hang of it.
If you prefer to start with Cathe's simpler cardio, you can try her Classics DVD which has easier to follow choreography. And for weight training, you can get the Pure Strength series, which is very easy to follow and grows with you. PS is still my favorite weight workout by far.
