Is there anyway to do a search within the Cathe TV segments?

I am trying to find a specific segment where she talks about deadlifts & range of motion altering which body part is directly impacted...Specifically which form hits glutes more and which hits lower back more.

I looked for an hour the other day & did not find it. The clip description thats talks about deadlift is only about form/depth but its not the one where she actually tells you about primary target muscles.

I think it's on the Pure Strength DVD - not sure, but I remember learning to do deadlifts much better after pulling that oldie but goodie out one day.

I'm sorry - I don't know of a way to search.
